Yoga for Constipation

Constipation

(Slow poison
Take action as early as possible).

Practice – SHANKHAPRAKSHALANA Kriya .
Remedy -Morning drink loads of salt Luke warm water early morning . Or
Mulethi a stick like herb  soak over night then boil it in water for few hours drink it few talk glasses like warm .
This practice may take an hour or so so be prepared do not haste the process .
Can also use medicated enigma kit if don\’t want to follow the traditional yoga way .

Taking water from mouth (few litres)
And removing water from anal complete cleaning of the alimentary canal .
Advisable to do such a practice ones a month under a trained teacher.

Do few spine twisting and bending practices to name few are –

(After drinking water practice these exercise couple of times few round slowly along with your breathe)

 My Advise

Eat loads of dry fruits (can soak for few hrs and then consume)
To name some are black kismis ,dates & figs and fruits ( chickoo , custard apple ,banana & apple .
Before sunset eat all the Fruits you want .( Avoid after meals ).
Ones who are constipated avoid sabudana or rice or rice water .

Drink coriander leaves and mint leaves juice.
Include raw tulsi leaves in your diet . Or add in your tea .
Eat fiber in natural or medicated form .

Do lot of vayu mudra
( your index finger is symbolic of air .
So bend your index fingers press your thumb on it rest three fingers erect together and hold with full belief that you are controlling the vayu in your body ( the gas formations)
Also include practice if Pavanmuktasana on a regular basis.

Eat 2 tablets of trifla in capsule or powder form at night before going to bed.


Can also do BASTI Kriya practice .

Daily practice can be injurious .

Regularly can practice of drinking Luke warm water and yogaasana in general . Drink three to four cups of green tea with ginger & lemon in your daily routine before meals .

combination of Asana , Pranayama  , Mundra  & Bandas .

Healthy body is the byproduct of yoga abayas . We can achieve lots more . ( in true words yoga is the complete union of body & mind ) .
Healthy body is a product of healthy mind and visa versa .
