A guru can understand his disciple. Ramakant Achrekan took out a strategy to refine Sachin’s ability. Ramakant Achrekan kept a coin of Rs 1 a day and said that he would be given a rupee coin, but he could not make any out to Sachin. And he used to take a rupee coin from Sachin.

 When Sachin was 14 years old, his great guru Sunil Gavaskar gave Sachin his light pad, which encouraged Sachin to do well in cricket.

And after 20 years, this Sachin broke the record of 34 centuries in Sunil Gavaskar’s Test match.

Sachin Tendulkar was selected in the Mumbai team at the age of 15.

In 1988, Tendulkar played a 100-run against Gujarat. And in the same year, Sachin made centuries in the Duleep Trophy, Irani Trophy, Ranji Trophy and became the first player to do this.

And at the age of 16, in Karachi in 1989, Tendulkar played his first match against Pakistan on behalf of the Indian Cricket team. Sachin scored 15 runs and got out. And in the same series, Sachin’s nose was hurt in Peshawar but Sachin did not stop and played the entire match and scored 54 runs.

The first century in England in 1990 And seeing Sachin’s innings in England, Tendulkar was compared to the great players. Sachin scored 148 in the 1991-1992 tour of Australia. And in 1994 replaced the opener in the Indian team. On 25th May 1995, Sachin married Anjali Tendulkar.

Sachin scored 673 runs in 11 matches, which led to India finals but lost to Australia. But Sachin received the Man of the Tournament Award.

But in the year 2005-2006, Sachin got a complaint about tennis elbow.  Now Sachin will be retiring from cricket.

On his way out, Tendulkar returned to the Indian cricket team in 2007 and completed 11,000 test runs. In the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, 2007-08, scored 493 runs in 4 Test matches.

Sachin again performed very well in the 2011 World Cup and made 482 runs, which also had two centuries. India defeated Sri Lanka to win the World Cup and it was Sachin’s first World Cup.

He was the first cricketer to make a double century in ODIs, and one of the players who made 100 centuries and 30,000 runs in international cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar has the record of making the most runs and centuries in Test Cricket and the One Day Internationals. Little Master made 15921 runs and 51 centuries in Test cricket. In ODIs, Sachin scored 18,426 runs and 49 centuries.

He is the first player to make double Centuries in ODIs.

In 1997-98 Sachin Tendulkar received the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, And in November 2013, Sachin retired from cricket.

In 2014 Sachin received the Bharat Ratna Award. Sachin is not only the first sportsman to get the Bharat Ratna Award but the person who gets India Ratna at the most work age.

Sachin became a ball boy in the match between India and Zimbabwe in 1987.

In January 2013, he took retirement from cricket, when this message spread far and wide through the media, many of his people broke the heart of this decision and he was eager to take his foot back from the verdict. But Sachin remained firm on this matter.

He scored 34000 runs in his entire career, which included 100 centuries, till date, no other player could break this record.

None of the players have touched anyone in the world of cricket, which has achieved by this great player.
