For exercise to have any real lasting effect , it needs to become as much a part of your daily routine as cleaning your teeth. You have to find ways to create clear boundaries to protect your fitness schedule.
WHICH IS THE BEST EXERCISE-
The best exercise is the one you do! Any exercise is good if it is done correctly, consistently and regularly. Walking is one of the most effective exercise suitable for every individual. When taking up a fitness regime for the first time, start slowly. Gradually built up your stamina and increase your time and speed. Incorporate long hand movements in time. Then perhaps you will be ready for interval training. Walk at normal speed for 1 minute , then very fast for next minute and so on. (Try out different timings and see the fun).
Dont forget a brief cool down and stretching the muscles you have been using. A small warm up before beginning of actual walking will do wonders. To be fit , eat healthy well balanced ,meal and snacks in moderate portions, drink lots of water , exercise regularly , laugh a lot and make sure you get sufficient rest!
